What is the current lead time?
Lead times move with the season. Most structures ship four to eight weeks after the order is confirmed; our Express Sheds are in stock and go out in one to two weeks. Call (267) 638-6983 for this week's schedule.
Where do you deliver and install?
We deliver throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York and southern New England, and we set the structure on site. Longer hauls are quoted case by case.
How much does a shed cost?
Price follows size, siding and options far more than style. A small garden shed starts in the low four figures; a 14'×40' workshop or a two-story garage runs considerably more. Every quote is itemized so you can see what each choice adds.
Do I need a permit?
Often, yes — most municipalities require a zoning or building permit above a certain footprint, and setbacks vary street by street. Check with your township before you order; we will supply the drawings and specifications they ask for.
What kind of base do I need?
A level, well-drained pad — crushed stone is the usual answer, and it wants to extend a foot past the building on every side. We will walk the site with you and tell you exactly what to prepare.
What does the warranty cover?
Every structure carries a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our warranty page for the full terms.
